Alliance Partners

ARS, as noted previously, has prequalified humdreds of outstanding outsourced providers in all areas such as sales, marketing, operations, logics and emarketing.  ARS has immediate access to hundreds of qualified service providers to meet our clients needs.  Noted below are those that ARS has worked with on many initiatives as well as having been clients of ARS as well.  These are formable, financially stable, impressive groups.  ARS is aligned with these groups at the CEO and/or senior level of these groups.

Retail Brokers

ARS has relationships with those brokers that have long-standing relationships with retailers in the direct-to-consumer market place. The retailers that we place emphasis on represent the top Retailers in the US that account for 80% of the ACV (All Commodity Volume).  This includes the largest channels of distribution:

  • Chain Drug

Distributors

Dependent on the channel of distribution that ARS client’s products need representation, we have identified those that has unique in market alliances that will benefit and expedite distribution of our client’s products.  These groups would include “Preferred Vendor” and/or “Prime Contractor” positions within the channel and market.  They are influencers versus “just being large distributors.”  ARS looks for those that will actively market our client’s products.  In some markets having a Sole Source distributor is advantageous to expedite state wide contracts. 

Fulfillment Services

Pinnacle 3 Partners is an alliance partner of ARS.  They handle all fulfillment needs for ARS and our clients.  Most recently they created a fully integrated order entry system that allows for our manufacturers reps to sell multiple product lines while appearing to be brand specific.  It is customized to the need of each of ARS clients.  This is a major value added service that provides a major cost savings to ARS Clients and tracks sales in real time.

Manufacturing

ARS has expertise in sourcing and managing product production.  From food products to mask production, surface cleaners to skin care products, ARS has a proven background in overseeing all aspects of manufacturing.
